great amenities excellent location milk absence breakfast choice
the location was good. the courtyard bar was great too.. i really liked the amenities in the room. all toiletries were provided, convenient.
there was no milk in the room for teas and coffee. i also thought the breakfast could use some more choice. i wouldn't pay for the breakfasts again.

wonderful stay
room upgrade stylish design cute staff
i received an upgrade to a larger room upon arrival, a fantastic surprise. the hotel boasts a beautiful and stylish design throughout. its central location, so close to st mark's square, was convenient for exploring. i found the staff to be kind and very cute.
The corridors seemed a bit shabby and sparsely decorated. This is a very slight thing, but it did detract a little from the overall experience.

The hotel is surrounded by major attractions making it easy to get around. St mark's square is very nearby. its location on a canal provided a very picturesque setting for my visit. private dock access supports water taxi services.

the breakfast service was excellent, with a wide variety of options. the ladies who served breakfast were venetian, very charming, and professional. the breakfast rooms offer a canal view, a nice start to the day.

the room included all necessary toiletries, quite convenient for me. the courtyard bar provided a lovely space to relax and unwind after a long day. the palazzo itself is a historical building that added charm to my stay.

Centrally located with EXCELLENT service
large room great bathroom excellent service
our room was large, contained a great bathroom ,and the service from the staff was excellent. it was centrally situated and easy for walking to the main sites. ferries were also in close proximity and convenient.
i booked my room a few streets away from the actual hotel. it felt more like an air b&b and i could not use any hotel facilities.

the hotel is close to a vaporetto stop and has its own jetty for water taxis. it is adjacent to a canal, therefore rooms include a balcony overlooking the water, so guests can admire the view.

the management and reception staff were kind and helpful throughout my stay. greeting from reception was the best, staff was friendly, and everything was perfect. it really added to a nice trip.

Really good Stay
private taxi quiet location
The king suite included a canal view and it was really good. I was grateful. A private water taxi is available and brought me directly to the hotel when needed. This made arrival simple. The hotel is located near the downtown area, close to everything. It is not directly in front of boat docks, so it is quieter.

The reception staff was very kind and helpful throughout my stay. Management was excellent too. They provided biscuits on the coffee tray which was a very nice touch I appreciated.

helpful staff quick assistance sofa bed broken ceiling
The staff at reception were helpful with directions. They provided assistance quickly when i needed extra tea bags. the breakfast each morning was wonderful. the staff were very helpful. they provided any information we needed for our day.
the room i booked online showed two proper beds but we got a sofa bed instead. there was also a broken ceiling border. it did not seem like a palace.
